About Me

My name is Mateusz Bogdanski.

Ex-seafarer, now working belowdecks a different kind of vessel - same hands-on instinct, different storms.

During the day, I work as a Senior Cloud Engineer at evoila, delivering SDDC and private cloud solutions based on VMware Cloud Foundation. At night, I run a homelab - exploring different technologies and building technical depth by breaking what worked before I touched it. German electricity prices being what they are, I've also gotten good at building homelab solutions that don't bankrupt me.

My interests circle around virtualization and containers, platform architecture, and lately, using AI to work less and earn more.

This blog is where I write down what I learn and build - research, theory, and the homelab work that backs it up. If it's wrong, it's my own mistake, not someone else's slide deck.
